A much better idea would be to use a software specialized in organizing tasks, events and meetings, thus helping you manage all of them in the most efficient way possible. Running a Windows operating system and having an average computer is all that's required to run EasyTask Manager. The program does not take up more than 10 MB of hard disk space, so it won't be a problem in case you have a limited hard disk.

That's not much to say about the interface of EasyTask Manager, just the fact that it allows the user to quickly find any desired option and feature. When the software is run for the first time, it will display a demo task. Thus, one can better understand how the program works and can get more familiar with the interface and the functionality. Adding a new task is easy, as one just needs to click on the Add button, enter the name of the task, the start and due date, the level of importance and, optionally, some notes.

For making them easier to spot, tasks can be organized in categories. Thus, it will be easier to find a certain task in a large list. Besides that, tasks can be organized according to certain projects. In case the user has two computers, one at home and the other at work, he can use the special synchronizing feature included in EasyTask Manager, which can automatically sync all the tasks added to the program with an online account.

Certain tasks can be exported as plain text or CSV files, for being used in other programs, for example, MS Excel.
